  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including customers, tradespeople, and visitors of ProPage.
  • ProPage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the ProPage website.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and ensure that their account information remains up to date.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through their account.
  • ProPage reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Services Provided

  • ProPage acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers and tradespeople. ProPage does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of services provided by tradespeople.
  • ProPage is not a party to any agreement or contract between customers and tradespeople.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Customers and tradespeople must ensure that their communications and transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not engage in activities that:

  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Include fraudulent or misleading content
  • Compromise the security or integrity of the platform

5. Payment and Fees

  • ProPage facilitates payments between customers and tradespeople through secure payment systems. Fees for using the platform are outlined at the time of payment.
  • ProPage holds no responsibility for payment disputes between users. Funds are securely held until project milestones are met or contracts are completed, as agreed upon by the customer and tradesperson.
  • ProPage reserves the right to withhold or refund payments if terms are violated or disputes arise.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • ProPage provides a platform for communication and resolution of disputes between customers and tradespeople.
  • If disputes cannot be resolved through ProPage, users may pursue legal action outside the platform under United Kingdom law.
  • ProPage is not liable for any unresolved disputes, damages, or legal actions between customers and tradespeople.

7. Platform Usage

Users must not:

  • Circumvent ProPage systems to conduct off-platform transactions
  • Misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes
  • Post harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content

ProPage reserves the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProPage is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from platform usage
  • Disputes or failures between customers and tradespeople
  • Interruptions or errors in the platform's functionality

Users agree to indemnify and hold ProPage harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform.

9. Account Termination and Platform Authority

  • ProPage reserves the sole right and authority to suspend, close, ban, or block any user account or payment without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
  • Any account action, including blocking or suspension, is final and cannot be contested unless explicitly authorized by ProPage.
  • In cases where user actions compromise the platform's integrity, security, or violate legal statutes, ProPage may take additional legal measures.

10. Liability and Dispute Resolution

ProPage serves as a platform that connects customers and tradespeople, facilitating communication and project management. ProPage holds no liability for any disputes, damages, or issues arising between customers and tradespeople.

If disputes occur between customers and tradespeople, ProPage will provide a platform for communication and resolution. However, if the matter remains unresolved, both parties are encouraged to seek legal recourse outside the platform under United Kingdom law.

ProPage is not responsible for any legal paybacks, damages, or compensations resulting from disputes or failed resolutions between the involved parties.

By agreeing to these terms, users acknowledge that ProPage is not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from the use of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the ProPage platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ProPage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Users must not use, reproduce, or distribute ProPage content without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
